What is Android?

Android is not a phone and there is no application, it's an operating system based on Linux kernel. If I say it in simple language, Linux is an operating system mainly used in server and desktop computer. Android is just a version of Linux which has been created after a lot of modification. Yes but it is related.

Android OS has been divide into a lot of versions and according to features, operation, stability of different numbers provided. So if you've ever heard a name such as Android Lollipop, Marshmallow or Nougat then you should tell that these are different versions of all Android OS or Operating System.

History of Android Inc.

The original creators of Android Inc are Andy Rubin, who bought Google in 2005, and after that he was made the head of Android Development. Google bought Android because they thought that Android is a very new and interesting concept, with the help of which they can create a powerful but free operating system and which proved to be true later. With the help of Android, Google got a good reach from younger audiences and with this, Google's very good employees also joined Google.

On March 2013, Andy Rubin decided to leave the company and corrected his work in his second project. But after this, no fluctuation in the status of Android was found and the empty space of Andy Rubin was completed by Sundar Pichai. Pichai who is a resident of India before he used to be head of Chrome OS, and Google has used his expertise and experience in this new project.

Android is a great mobile operating system

Android is one of the best mobile operating systems that has been created by Google, and the software created by Google is used today in most mobile phones in the world. Except only Apple's iPhones Android is a Linux-based software system. As Linux is an open source software and it is absolutely free with it. This means that another Mobile Company can also use Android Operating Systems. The distinguishing factor in it is that the kernel of this brand Hosts Android Central Core, which is essentially a strip code and that helps to operate the software.

What is Android's Biggest Competitors Apple and Windows Phone?

Apple is the biggest competitor of Android but with this Windows Phone has joined the race now. Slowly right, Windows Phone is also expanding its foot and is developing itself according to a reputable mobile ecosystem. Considering that even today the first choice of people in the market is Apple and Android phones, Windows Phone also wanted to increase the curiosity among people by giving a good camera to Nokia Mobiles.

Apple started both Smart Phone and Tablet industries together when they released the iPhone in 2007 and the iPad in 2010. Both of them were not only good in the market, but they also got a lot of support from the people. In the same way, Android has also got a great deal of control over the whole world. Even if we talk about popularity, Apple is still performing better than Android. In the same way, if they are kept in a lesser number than popular, then the first number of Apple's second Android and the third place can be placed in Windows.

This "Open Source" model makes Android unique

The biggest competition for Android Smart Phones and Tablets comes in the Apple iPhone and iPad. The biggest difference between the two operating systems is that Android's OS Open Source is free and Apple's iOS is completely closed so that nothing can be teased.

For example, in iOS we can not even replace the default browser with Safari in Google Chrome. In Apple, you have many restrictions in these default apps so that they have a lot of difficulty in using them and you can not even try something new in it. Being an Open Source in Android, you can use the apps you want in it. The use of these two uses is very old, here in one thing you want to tell people that this is all about Personal Preference. Everything else is up to you to use the type of Smart  Phone you need.

The future of Android

By the way Android is launching its new product and adopting new technology from the new, Android's future looks very bright.

Recently, Google has given predictions about our future with strange gadgets such as Smart Watch, Google Glass, Google Cars. We hope Google is even more successful in this historic step. And to help the common people, create even better things.
